How to pack your device
- Send only the storage device — no charger, cable, power supply or other accessory.
- External USB hard drive: leave the disk in its enclosure and send it complete — the USB electronics may be needed (hardware encryption).
- A rigid cardboard box — never just a padded envelope on its own.
- Surround the device with foam, bubble wrap or polystyrene (2–3 cm on every side).
- An anti-static bag if you have one, especially for a bare drive or an SSD.
- Do not power on a noisy drive, do not open it, do not tap it.
- Place the printed case sheet inside the box, with your case number.
- Ship by registered mail with tracking and keep your proof of postage.
Create your bpost shipment
Create a shipment on bpost → Create and pay for your label online, or drop the parcel at a Post Point.
- Open parcel.bpost.be and choose “Send a parcel”.
- Enter the weight, then the destination address below.
- Pay online, print the label (or at a Post Point) and drop off the parcel. Choose a tracked option.
