What you should never do with a failed device
- Do not power on or charge a phone that fell in water — the current accelerates corrosion and can cause a fatal short circuit.
- Do not use the rice trick: it does not dry the inside and lets corrosion progress.
- Do not keep trying passcodes on a locked phone: after several attempts, an iPhone erases its data.
- Do not run an iTunes / Finder restore to fix it: it overwrites the phone's memory.
- Do not let a non-specialist open it: mishandling the board can make the data permanently inaccessible.
- Do not update iOS / Android on a device that is acting up: an update can re-encrypt or reorganise the memory.

Motherboard diagnosis
We identify why the phone no longer powers on: corrosion after water damage, power circuit (PMIC), charging management, short circuit. The diagnosis guides the repair.
Micro-soldering repair
We repair the original motherboard to bring the phone back to life long enough to extract its data.
Post-water-damage treatment
Ultrasonic cleaning and corrosion treatment, a critical step to save a phone that fell in water.
eMMC chip-off (older Android)
On some older or unencrypted Android phones, we desolder the memory (eMMC/UFS) and read a raw dump when the board is beyond repair.
Data extraction
Once the phone works again, we extract photos, videos, contacts, SMS and conversations (WhatsApp, etc.).

My iPhone won't turn on at all — are my photos lost?
Not necessarily. If the memory is intact, we repair the motherboard by micro-soldering to turn the phone back on and extract your data. The free diagnosis tells you what is possible.
My phone fell in water — what should I do?
Switch it off, do not charge it, and bring it in quickly. The further corrosion progresses, the harder recovery becomes.
I forgot my passcode and the phone is locked — can it be bypassed?
On a recent, encrypted smartphone, the data is tied to the passcode and the security chip. Without the passcode, extraction is often impossible — we tell you honestly after diagnosis.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
