What is done on site — and what goes to the laboratory
Full technical transparency: the PC-3000 Portable Pro covers most of the critical work directly at your premises. Only one operation requires our cleanroom — and even then, the image of your data is already secured before any transport.

The PC-3000 Portable Pro (ACE Lab) is a standalone recovery station: low-level firmware access, vendor-specific command sets per controller, diagnosis, imaging and reconstruction — without relying on your infrastructure. The same tooling as in the lab, deployed inside your perimeter.

FAQ — on-site intervention
Do our drives leave the building?
No — that is the whole point. The engineer works at your premises with the mobile lab. The only exception is a physical failure requiring the cleanroom — and even then, the secure image of your data is already created on site before the failed part is moved.
Can we sign an NDA?
Yes. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed before the intervention. A single engineer handles your case, under Belgian law and in compliance with GDPR.
How is the price calculated?
A daily fee (from €1,500 excl. VAT/day) covers travel, mobile-lab deployment and on-site expertise, known and approved before the intervention. Data recovery is billed separately, No Cure, No Pay: you only pay if your files are returned.
How quickly can you intervene?
The engineer's slot is booked as a priority. Travel is arranged as fast as possible after confirmation; an emergency / out-of-hours intervention is available on request.
Which media do you handle on site?
Servers and RAID (0/1/5/6/10), NAS, SSD/NVMe, virtual machines, ransomware cases. Diagnosis, firmware repair, imaging and reconstruction are done at your premises.
