The partner badge

Who is it for?
Computer shops, PC and smartphone repair services, IT companies and MSPs — any business whose clients can lose data. A Belgian company number (CBE/VAT) and a website are required.

Partner program terms
Organiser and eligibility
The program is organised by SAIDOV Takhir, trading under the commercial name Belgium Data Recovery, established at Chaussée de Louvain 467, 1030 Brussels, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE) under number 0843.790.429 (VAT BE 0843.790.429). It is reserved exclusively for businesses with a valid company number (CBE/VAT) and an active website. Registration is free and carries no volume commitment. Belgium Data Recovery reserves the right to refuse a registration at its sole discretion, without having to justify its reasons.
Partner discount and modalities
The discount is 10 % on every paid case attributed to the partner, rising to 15 % from 3 paid cases in any rolling 12 months (the rate reverts to 10 % if the volume falls below this threshold). It applies to new cases only. Depending on the partner’s choice, two modalities apply:
• The partner keeps the discount: the partner submits the case in their own name and on their own account. Belgium Data Recovery invoices the partner directly, applying the discount. The partner then freely handles re-invoicing to their own client.
• The end client benefits from it: the end client submits the case mentioning the partner code at the time of the request. Belgium Data Recovery invoices the end client directly, applying the discount.
Partner badge
Placing the badge on the partner’s website is a mandatory condition of participation. The badge constitutes a limited, non-exclusive, free and revocable licence to use the Belgium Data Recovery name and logo, solely to signal the partnership. Belgium Data Recovery reserves the right to verify this integration at any time. Removal of the badge automatically results in suspension of the partner code.
Independence
The partner acts as an independent professional, in their own name and on their own account. They are neither an agent, nor a broker, nor a representative of Belgium Data Recovery. Data recovery services remain exclusively governed by our general terms of service, concluded directly between Belgium Data Recovery and the party liable for the invoice (the partner or the end client, as the case may be).
Personal data
The details provided at registration are processed solely for the management of the partner program, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our privacy policy.
Changes and termination
Belgium Data Recovery may modify the program terms subject to 15 calendar days’ notice. Discounts earned on already paid cases remain acquired. The partnership may be terminated by either party at any time subject to 15 days’ written notice (e-mail), without compensation, except in the event of a serious breach of these terms allowing immediate termination.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
This program is governed exclusively by Belgian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this program falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
